Tipple is collecting feathers from all the birds that come to her yard and are quickly killed by her cats. She plans to build a giant 4 meter tall scary bird sculpture behind her home with built in bird houses at the top that will scare her cats and give shelter to the birds so she can enjoy their songs AND pet her cats while she sits in the shade of the trees.
